currently employing over 160 lucky individuals! You will find a fun, exciting
atmosphere at either location of Beyond Bread, and great people from which to
learn and grow professionally. A Sampling of Positions Available:
General Manager
Each Beyond Bread location has one General Manager to oversee and lead all of
the operations and staff at the facility.
Assistant Manager
The position of Assistant Manager is to support the General Manager and
supervise all areas of the bakery/café.
Shift Supervisor
Shift Supervisors work directly with and supervise the crew for which he or she
is responsible.
Customer Service
Working directly with customers requires individuals who are patient, friendly
and knowledgeable about the products served. The job of the Customer Service
staff includes taking orders, making coffee drinks, and clearing and cleaning
tables.
Sandwich Maker
A Beyond Bread Sandwich Maker is someone who must work quickly and accurately.
We want to “wow” each customer with a big, delicious sandwich exactly as was
ordered!
Bread Baker
The bread baking department at Beyond Bread is the heart of our business. We
teach our Bread Bakers the system in place to make beautiful loaves of artisan
bread daily. Each loaf is a piece of art, handmade by a committed staff of
bakers.
Pastry Chef
Each Beyond Bread has a pastry department led by a Pastry Chef. Other members of
the staff support the Pastry Chef in baking cookies, muffins, scones, cakes,
tarts, etc…
